Each "Gourmande" is assembled using the coiling method. The "Gourmandes" are more or less round, slender or swaying. Depending on the model, the spout and the handle are bare or enameled by a superposition of two enamels containing red iron oxide. The “drop of oil” effect is due to this superposition. Thus, each piece is unique.
